Question by miranda: how can i tell the temperature of my oven without a dial or oven thermometer?
please help my dial broke off and i need to bake something at 180

You need an oven thermometer.Go to Walmart.They should have one in the isle where all the cooking gadgets are.You should call the manufacturer.You can order a replacement one.If you can`t put a new one on yourself because the piece may have broke off inside,then you will have to call a repair man.You should fix it asap though!
