Question by Miki: Face feels warm but I don’t have a thermometer to check and my throat is bothering me a bit?
Throat tickles constantly since yesterday but hurts a bit if I swallow and is getting worse. Today I have gotten chills, I also have started to get some muscle aches in my back and shoulders. I do have an appetite but get spells of nausea 2-3 times per hour.

Signs of a growing fever. Try and check out a doctor. It can go away on its own depending on how you live and such.
